Land prices, gas prices and changing lifestyles are propelling what insiders say is a trend toward living and working in city centers," the article notes. "The four-story brick building will include 42 residential and office condos on three floors" and a bank will occupy most of the ground floor. There's a list of 50 potentially interested buyers, the developer said.
